Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Please make reservations at least 7 days in advance. We require a minimum of 72 hours to review any/all rental requests. Same-day pick-up is unfortunately not available.
- Preferred power source for this RV is 50 amp source (everything + dual AC). Alternatively, a 30 amp adapter is provided if needed but only powers one AC. Do not rent if depending solely on generator.
- Generators are intended to be used as an emergency power source, when no other external power source is available due to risk of carbon monoxide poisoning. Generators should only be used max 4 hours.
- When activating automatic jacks, vehicle must be running with the parking brake depressed. Wait until you no longer hear the hydraulics and panel indicates "all jacks down", then look to check jacks.
- NEVER extend slide-outs (1) with engine running, or (2) until jacks are all down. NEVER turn on both Lp and 110v to power up water heater. This may cause a SERIOUS RISK OF EXPLOSION!
Upholstery, all leather, fabric, tile, wallboard, carpeting, flooring, bathroom fixtures, pillows, external walls and fixtures must be inspected by owner and renter (together) at time of delivery or setup. ANY cost of damage incurred during special events will be assessed at 150%...
