Rules & Policies
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Fuel & propane, the vehicle must be returned with the fuel tank and propane tank at the same level as when picked up. Otherwise a fee of $25 for labor plus the cost of fuel and propane will be charged
- Sewage Fee. If the grey water and/or black water tanks are not emptied prior to return, then a waste and sewage cleaning in the amount of $200.00 shall be charged.
- Cleaning Fee. If the cleanliness of the vehicle is not substantially similar to the level of cleanliness of the vehicle when picked up, an additional cleaning fee of $50 per hour will be charged.
- There shall be no smoking inside of the Trailer. Evidence of smoking will result in a $500.00 charge.

Any post trip fees incurred, including overages for mileage or generator use, are subject to an administrative fee and any taxes required by law.
